Ensure a smooth clinic flow by preparing rooms, managing supplies, and helping participants feel welcome and supported. Capture accurate vitals and documentation to keep our care team informed and proactive. Build meaningful relationships with participants who look forward to seeing you. Be the eyes and ears of the clinic—spotting changes, speaking up, and advocating for participant well-being. Requirements Active CNA certification (state-specific). CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain. A passion for working with seniors and making a real impact. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
