```Duties``

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
Assist with patient mobility and transfers
Assist with feeding and meal preparation
Perform basic nursing procedures, such as wound care and catheter care
Assist with patient assessments and documentation
Provide emotional support to patients and their families
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care```Qualifications``
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a nursing assistant training program or equivalent experience
Current certification as a nursing assistant (CNA
Experience in acute care or long-term care settings preferred
Knowledge of working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus
Ability to perform basic nursing procedures, such as taking vital signs and assisting with physical examinations
Familiarity with memory care techniques and protocols
Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
