Job Description

Key Responsibilities Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Provide compassionate, resident-centered care Support mobility and safe transfers Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Maintain a clean, safe environment Attend and complete required CNA/NAR training classes Follow all infection control and safety guidelines
Required:
Enrolled in or willing to enroll in NAR/CNA training program Ability to pass background study Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassion for geriatric population
Preferred:
