Duties Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature to ensure patient stability Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems like Alora Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care techniques and behavioral health support Maintain a safe environment by adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols in accordance with HIPAA regulations Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records and ensure compliance with medical terminology standards and confidentiality requirements Requirements Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with current state licensure or registration Experience working in diverse healthcare settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, hospice care, or outpatient clinics Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems like Alora or similar platforms for medical documentation Experience providing specialized care such as phlebotomy, catheter care, or working with patients with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs is highly desirable Strong understanding of physiology and anatomy to support patient care effectively Ability to work with seniors in home & community care environment Excellent caregiving skills combined with the ability to work under pressure in acute or sub-acute care settings Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to delivering top-tier patient-centered care.
