Jackson, MO Position Title:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct resident care and support with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence in a long-term care setting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Take and record vital signs, weights, and resident observations Answer call lights promptly and provide compassionate care Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning Maintain clean and safe resident rooms and common areas Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff Assist with meal service and hydration Document care provided according to facility policies Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and familiesQualifications Current CNA certification in the state of employment CPR certification preferred Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely

Position Title:

Certified Medication Technician (CMT) The Certified Medication Technician (CMT) administers medications and treatments to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff while ensuring safe, accurate, and compassionate care. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Administer medications as ordered by physicians and delegated by licensed nurses Accurately document medication administration and treatments Observe residents for medication reactions or side effects and report concerns promptly Assist residents with daily living activities as needed Maintain medication carts, storage areas, and documentation systems Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, families, and team members Support a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents Qualifications Current CMT certification in the state of employment Active CNA certification preferred or required depending on state regulations Knowledge of medication administration procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Compassionate and dependable with strong teamwork abilities How to
