Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents according to their individualized care plans, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with vital signs tracking, medication reminders, and other clinical tasks as needed Develop and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with residents, families, and colleagues Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and services Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Requirements:
