Job Description

This is in the community-based settings, you will be at the forefront of delivering personalized, respectful, and effective care to individuals of all ages and needs. Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility. Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, memory impairments, developmental disabilities, or behavioral health needs Assist with transfers and mobility using appropriate equipment while adhering to safety protocols for patient and caregiver safety Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient information and ensuring accurate medical documentation Qualifications Valid certification as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or PCA (Patient Care Assistant) with current licensure where applicable Experience working in various healthcare settings for home care environments Ability to perform basic life support (BLS) certification and respond effectively Prior experience with specialized populations such as pediatrics, geriatrics, behavioral health patients or those requiring hospice or memory care services is highly desirable Strong communication skills combined with a compassionate approach to patient service and caregiving Join us in providing exceptional patient-centered care that transforms lives. Pay:
$16.00 - $16.50 per hour
