Job Summary LACOBA Homes, Inc. currently has full-time and part-time positions on 3-11 shift and 11-7 shift for CNA's and NA's. These positions require the employee to work every other weekend. NA's will be required to attend class one day a week to complete required certification for CNA.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, Feeding, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment Qualifications
• Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant or
• be 18 years of age and attend Nursing Assistant training classes provided by LACOBA to obtain certification after 4 months.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
