In this vital role, you will provide exceptional patient care across a variety of settings, including long-term care facilities, hospitals, assisted living communities, and home care environments. You will play a key role in ensuring patient comfort, safety, and dignity while assisting with daily activities and vital signs. Duties Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or memory care needs by implementing therapeutic activities and maintaining a safe environment Assist in clinical procedures including catheter care, phlebotomy preparation, and aseptic techniques for infection control Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver acute care in high-pressure settings such as ICU or Level I Trauma Centers; support emergency medicine teams during urgent situations Document patient interactions thoroughly in medical records and ensure compliance with all healthcare documentation standards Use medical terminology accurately to communicate patient status effectively among healthcare professionals Qualifications Valid CNA certification from an accredited program; current state licensure required Experience working in diverse healthcare environments such as hospitals (including

ICU, PICU
