Job Description
12 Hour Shifts and every other weekend. Day Shift and Night Shift Openings. An attendant to the resident, care for daily needs of the residents and helps maintain a cheerful homelike atmosphere. Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting residents, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination. Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time. Requires repetitive stooping/lifting. Frequently lifting and moving items and residents weighing up to 75 pounds. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Requires working under stressful conditions and occasional irregular hours. Requires frequent exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids. Frequent exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances and other situations common to a nursing home environment. Work under the supervision of the Charge, ADON and DON. If NA, you may have the opportunity to become certified here, you are not required to have your certification to be hired.
