CNA Responsibilities Provide direct resident care in accordance with individualized care plans Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs Complete resident rounds at the beginning of shift and every 2 hours Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Assist with meal service, hydration, and resident comfort Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and common areas Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams CNA Qualifications Active Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required Current CPR/BLS certification preferred Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care experience preferred, but not required Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills Compassionate attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment Apply Today Start a stable and rewarding CNA career with a team that values your dedication, compassion, and hard work.
