Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CNA/CMT to perform patient care in our facility. The CNA/CMT will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care. This position requires a strong work ethic , clinical experience, and a compassionate approach to patient care, particularly for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities Under the direct supervision of the charge nurse and director of nursing to ensure optimal patient care. Follow individualized care plans for the individualized care of the patients. Provide direct patient care, including administering medications (CMTs) as prescribed. Monitor patients' conditions and reporting any changes to the charge nurse. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Requirements Valid nursing license (CNA or CMT) in the state of practice. Proven experience in patient care, particularly in senior care or geriatrics. Strong skills in patient assessment and clinical judgment. Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred. Familiarity with inpatient settings and clinic operations is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a compassionate demeanor. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with nursing best practices.
