We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as a CNA or PCA. As a CNA/PCA, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to patients in various healthcare settings. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients.Duties:
Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse Provide assistance with mobility and transfers Monitor patients' condition and report any changes to the nursing staff Assist with feeding and ensure proper nutrition for patients on tube feeding or special diets Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients Follow proper infection control protocols and practice aseptic techniques Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure high-quality patient care Provide emotional support to patients and their familiesRequirements:
Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA only) Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures Familiarity with airway management and critical care techniques Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays If you are passionate about providing exceptional care to patients in need, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
