Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming for individuals with special needs
• Assist with meal preparation and cooking according to dietary restrictions and preferences
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the individual
• Keep accurate medical documentation and records of care provided
• Follow established medical record systems and protocols

Skills:

• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with individuals with special needs
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Basic understanding of medical documentation and record keeping systems
