Summary As a Personal Care Assistant at Companion Health Care Inc, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. Located in the United States, this position involves providing essential personal care and support to individuals, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to healthcare professionals. Help with meal preparation and medication reminders as needed. Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Requirements Knowledge of anatomy and basic medical terminology is preferred. Experience in patient care or similar roles is highly desirable. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Understanding of behavioral health concepts is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
