CNA/PCA

Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as a CNA or PCA. As a CNA/PCA, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to patients in various healthcare settings. Duties:

• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
• Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
• Monitor patients' condition and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Assist with feeding and ensure proper nutrition for patients on tube feeding or special diets
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Follow proper infection control protocols and practice aseptic techniques
• Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure high-quality patient care
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families

Requirements:

• Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA only)
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
• Familiarity with airway management and critical care techniques
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others
