Bilingual CNA

Position Overview The Skilled Pediatric Nurse will be responsible for delivering professional nursing care in the home, including monitoring the patient's condition, administering treatments, and collaborating with families and the care team to ensure optimal outcomes. This is a private duty position, meaning the nurse will provide dedicated, one-on-one care during assigned shifts. Key Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in a home environment Monitor and assess patient condition, vital signs, and overall health status Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed Perform tracheostomy care, suctioning, and ventilator support (if applicable) Assist with feeding tubes (G-tube), oxygen therapy, and other medical equipment Document all care provided in accordance with agency and state guidelines Communicate effectively with physicians, supervisors, and family members Follow individualized plan of care and update as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment Provide education and support to family members as appropriate Required Qualifications Active RN or LPN license in the state of North Carolina Current CPR certification (Pediatric experience preferred) Minimum of 1 year nursing experience (pediatric or home care preferred) Ability to pass background check and drug screening Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Reliable transportation and punctuality Preferred Experience Pediatric private duty or home health experience Experience with tracheostomy care, ventilators, and suctioning Experience with feeding tubes (G-tube) and medication administration Comfort working in a home environment and independently Experience working with medically fragile children Bilingual Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Flexible scheduling options Opportunity for consistent, long-term cases
