The ideal candidate will provide essential support to a client in their home. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and client's family. The Nursing Assistant will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the client. Client is a 10 year old boy. •Rate is competitive. •Responsibilities Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating . Provide emotional support and companionship to patients Assist with mobility and transfers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient care areas Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems Communicate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals regarding patient needs Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information Participate in training sessions per company policy. Requirements Active CNA License Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
