Provide nurturing care in our resident-centered community where teamwork is essential. Low resident-to-CNA ratios. Flexible scheduling is available with eight-hour shifts: (7 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) Benefits available for both full-time and part-time work include a free health insurance premium option, PTO, 401K, life insurance, flex spending, dental, and vision. Same-day pay is available. Career enrichment training is provided continually to enhance skills as well as maintain CNA certification.

Qualifications:

No experience required. Effective communication skills. Compassionate and resident-focused mindset. Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in North Carolina.
