Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate CNA to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to individuals in need of personal care services. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Patient Care Duties:
Assisting patients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating) Assist with light housekeeping, running errands, grocery shopping, Drs appointment (as needed) Helping patients with mobility (transferring, walking, repositioning in bed) Monitoring vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration) Reporting changes in a patient's condition to the office supervisor
Patient Comfort & Well-being:
Providing emotional support and companionship Assisting with feeding, hydration, and elimination needs Preventing bedsores by turning bedridden patients regularly
Documentation & Communication:
Recording patient health information and reporting concerns Maintaining accurate records of care provided
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a healthcare setting or similar role is preferred Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is a plus Ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient demeanor This position may involve caring for individuals in various healthcare settings such as hospitals, and skilled facilities.
