Shift & Schedule:

Night Shift | 6:00 PM•6:30 AM | 36 Hours Guaranteed Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality resident care in a Long-Term Care setting. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting residents with activities of daily living, mobility support, and patient monitoring while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment during night shifts. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, feeding, and toileting assistance. Accurately measure and record vital signs using manual blood pressure equipment. Assist residents with mobility using gait belts, sit-to-stand lifts, and Hoyer lifts. Perform safe transfers and repositioning of patients. Provide bed pan and incontinence care as needed. Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff. Maintain accurate documentation using electronic charting systems. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity at all times. Collaborate with nursing and support staff to deliver quality resident care. Maintain infection control standards and cleanliness. Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) during overnight care. Required Qualifications Active CNA Certification. Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred. Proficiency in manual blood pressure measurement. Experience using Hoyer lifts, sit-to-stand devices, and gait belts. Ability to perform safe patient transfers and mobility assistance. Comfortable working night shifts. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple resident needs in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working around therapy animals. Preferred Qualifications Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) experience. Experience with electronic charting systems. Strong resident care and patient safety skills.
