Dakota Alpha is a 20-bed skilled nursing facility in Mandan, ND, specializing in rehabilitation for individuals with traumatic brain injuries—the only facility of its kind in North Dakota. We take a person-centered approach, believing every individual deserves dignity, respect, and the chance to reach their full potential. We're looking for dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about helping residents gain independence while providing care with dignity and respect.
What You'll Do:
Assist residents with daily living activities (dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility, etc.). Follow individualized care plans to ensure quality, person-centered care. Communicate concerns or changes in resident needs promptly to nursing staff. Why Dakota Alpha? Hours:
Full-Time This position is 36 hours per week, with a combination of working 8 hour shifts (3 days per week, and 12 hour shift (1 day per week). Includes every other weekend and every other holiday. Share job details to
