CNA Full Job Description Hours:
Full Time and Part Time Schedule:
ALL Shifts Available - Every other weekend and holiday required.
Day Shift:
6AM to 2:30
PM Evening Shift:
2PM to 10:30
PM Overnight Shift:
10PM to 6:30
AM Licensure:
Active Nebraska CNA State Issued License Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to assist patients with activities i.e; toileting, bathing, dressing, personal cares, morning-evening-night routines etc. Preparing each patient's room with necessary items such as; clean linens, medical equipment and toileting items. Monitoring vitals and patient behavior and reporting them to the nursing and medical staff. Assisting patients with individual mobility needs, transfers. Turning or adjusting patients in bed, providing comfort cares including pre and post mortem care. Able to ambulate patients per each Kardex-Care Plan.
Providing assistance with their meals:
physically assisting and also verbal ques.
Other Requirements:
Active State of Nebraska CNA License Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service, patience, empathy and compassion Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking and reading comprehension Good collaboration and teamwork skills Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations Familiarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for a number of medical conditions Comfortable working with specific populations of patients, including elderly patients and those with special needs Physical strength and stamina Apply today to join us!
