Hooksett, New Hampshire Field-based home care positions Full-time, part-time, and supplemental hours available Company Overview A respected and growing home care provider in New Hampshire is expanding its team in the Manchester area. We are seeking compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and experienced caregivers who want flexible, meaningful work while providing one-on-one care in clients' homes. Position Summary In this field-based role, LNAs and caregivers support clients in their homes, helping them remain safe, independent, and comfortable. Whether you are seeking consistent full-time hours, flexible part-time shifts, or supplemental income, we will work with you to build a schedule that fits your lifestyle. Compensation and Benefits- Hourly pay ranging from $20 to $23, based on experience and credentials
- Weekly pay with predictable scheduling
- Flexible work options including full-time, part-time, or supplemental shifts
- Paid Time Off and paid sick time after eligibility
- Health, dental, and vision insurance available for 30 or more hours per week
- Mileage reimbursement between client visits
- Paid orientation and ongoing continuing education (CEUs)
- Supportive leadership team and independent, one-on-one client assignments Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
- Assist with safe transfers and ambulation
- Offer companionship and promote client independence
- Prepare meals and help maintain a clean, safe home environment
- Run errands and assist with grocery shopping as needed
- Monitor and report changes in client condition promptly to the office Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass New Hampshire background and BAAS Registry checks
- Active LNA license preferred; experienced caregivers encouraged to apply
- Prior home care or facility experience helpful but not required
