Responsibilities Follows physician orders and administers regularly scheduled oral, topical, suppository, nasal and ocular medications to residents who are clinically stable. Consults with the Nurse to assess a resident who requests a "prn" (as needed) medication. Reports to Nurse observations regarding changes in resident's status. Observes the five rights of medication administration. Ensures that Resident's medications are re-ordered in a timely fashion and are available for scheduled and prn administration. Adheres to duties and responsibilities as LNA. Completes any duties as assigned. Qualifications Medication Nurse Assistant (MNA) licensed by the State of New Hampshire.
