Job Description

Monadnock Family Services Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
Monadnock Family Services is seeking a qualified Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA/CNA) to join our outpatient mental health team. The LNA/CNA provides clinical support to nursing staff, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists, ensuring high-quality care for clients across the lifespan. This role involves obtaining vital signs, supporting clinical documentation, assisting with appointments, and promoting client safety, wellness, and recovery within a structured, recovery-oriented environment.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Support Documentation & Compliance Client Coordination & Communication Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Current LNA or CNA license/certification. Current BLS certification. Ability to work with clients across the lifespan, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. Preferred Qualifications Experience in outpatient mental health or behavioral health settings. Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Experience assisting with medication administration. Understanding of psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery-oriented practices. Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. Willingness to obtain 1202 medication training with
MFS 1202
nurse trainer.
OTHER EXPECTATIONS
Maintain a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Transport clients in a personal vehicle when required and appropriate, in accordance with agency policy.
