High School Diploma or equivalent Active and unrestricted CNA certification Experience in long-term care preferred but not required Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to quality resident care Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility Ensure residents' living spaces remain clean, safe, and comfortable Set up resident rooms with necessary supplies, including blankets, toiletries, and medical equipment Monitor residents' conditions, report changes to the nursing team, and maintain accurate documentation Encourage social interaction and emotional well-being among residents Work in accordance with state, local, and federal healthcare regulations Collaborate with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide the highest level of care Join our team at Complete Care at Burlington Woods , where we cultivate a warm, supportive, and rewarding environment for both residents and caregivers.
