All Shifts Available:

Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem Join a team that values compassion, teamwork, and quality care. Must be able to work every other weekend. •Full-time status for more than 32 hours worked weekly.

Position Responsibilities:

Provides direct personal care under the direction of the nursing staff. Provide companionship and basic care to patients, re-positioning, toileting, monitoring, and reporting change in patients condition to head nurse. Assist with ADL's and personal hygiene and maintain a clean and healthy environment. Respond timely to patient's needs. Previous experience in a nursing facility (Long Term/Short Term Care - Sub Acute Rehab) patient care preferred but not required, basic training and orientation will be provided to the candidate selected. Ability to build a rapport with patients, must be compassionate and caring and familiar with medical terminology. Ability to work well in a team environment. Must provide completion of the State of NJ approved nursing aide training program with a current State of NJ certification required.
