CNA Full Job Description Job Description:

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental needs in a home and/or community-based setting. This position is ideal for CNAs who are passionate about making a meaningful impact and prefer a more personalized, one-on-one care environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and supervision in home and community settings Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Help individuals achieve goals and navigate daily life Support individuals in developing life skills and independence Follow individualized care and behavioral support plans Monitor and document client progress and daily activities Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment Transport individuals to appointments or community outings as needed

Qualifications:

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral needs preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background screening and drug test CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
