$23-27.55/hour •based on experience and shift differential Pitman Manor, a UMC Community, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our Healthcare team in Pitman, NJ. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements - High School Diploma or GED 6 months' experience in a long-term care setting Current and valid CNA certification in New Jersey What you will do as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with dining, mobility, and use of adaptive equipment. Monitor residents' health by completing daily skin checks, taking vital signs, and promptly reporting changes to nursing staff. Document and communicate care tasks accurately to maintain continuity of care for each assigned resident. Follow individualized care plans and restorative nursing principles to help residents maintain optimal function and independence. Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings to identify resident strengths and needs.
