Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding residents Assist with vital signs, including taking and recording temperatures, blood pressures, and pulse rates Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication administration and treatment plans Promote a positive and respectful environment by ensuring patient dignity and comfort at all times Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and growth About the
