SAME DAY PAY

Duties:
  • Assist with the direct care of patients, providing support and assistance as needed
  • Perform basic nursing procedures under the supervision of registered nurses
  • Help patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
  • Assist with turning, positioning, and transferring patients
  • Collect specimens for laboratory testing
  • Assist with physical examinations and other medical procedures
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Requirements:
  • One year experience with certification
  • Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
  • Experience in ICU or other critical care settings is preferred
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects and assist with patient mobility
  • Familiarity with hospice care principles and practices is a plus
  • Strong caregiving skills and the ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages
  • Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) and its proper use
  • Proficient in using computer systems for documentation purposes
  • Understanding of behavioral health principles and the ability to effectively communicate with patients experiencing mental health issues
  • Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and common medical conditions
  • Experience in senior care or working with elderly patients is desirable Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
