Monday-Friday 8:00 AM•4:30 PM 40 Hours Per Week About the Opportunity Paradigm Professional Health Services is seeking four compassionate and experienced Nursing Assistants to support the Indian Health Service (IHS) Jicarilla Service Unit in Dulce, New Mexico. This position provides direct patient support in an outpatient ambulatory and urgent care environment serving Native American communities. Responsibilities Escort patients to examination rooms Obtain and document vital signs, height, and weight Assist with patient intake and screenings Update immunization records Assist with wound care and oxygen administration Serve as a patient chaperone during examinations Schedule patient appointments Maintain electronic health records Sterilize medical equipment Manage medical supply inventories Support nursing and medical staff with administrative functions Ensure compliance with infection control standards Minimum Qualifications Current Nursing Assistant Certification Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Experience in outpatient or ambulatory healthcare settings preferred Experience with electronic medical records preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Requirements Ability to pass federal background investigation and fingerprinting Compliance with IHS immunization requirements Ability to complete required federal training programs Benefits Competitive compensation Opportunity to support underserved tribal communities Professional healthcare environment Long-term contract opportunity with option years
