$38.86 Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable Paid sick time as per applicable laws 24/7 dedicated support team for your success What You'll Do Assist the obstetrical team with patient care during Labor and Delivery Prepare and maintain sterile techniques and surgical equipment Support surgeons with operative procedures, including instrument handling Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout labor and delivery Document patient information accurately in medical records Respond promptly to emergency situations Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize patient outcomes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the unit What You Need High school diploma or equivalent BLS certification from AHA One year of Nursing Assistant experience preferred; hospital experience advantageous Competency in technical and aseptic practices Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently during night hours About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare provider in City, State, for a night shift obstetric assistant role.
