) Provide direct patient care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse Support patients with daily living activities (ADLs) and promote independence Observe and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team Assist with feeding and ensure proper nutrition and hydration Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in EMR systems Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents Follow infection control policies and safety guidelines Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff Assist nurses and other healthcare professionals with clinical tasks as needed
