Our CNA in Training program provides hands-on training and classroom instruction to prepare you for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) exam—all at no cost to you. Upon successful completion of the program and passing the state certification exam, candidates will be eligible for permanent employment as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Socorro Wellness.

Key Responsibilities During Training:

Attend and actively participate in all scheduled CNA classes and clinical training Learn and demonstrate proper techniques for assisting residents with daily living activities Follow safety and infection control protocols Engage in hands-on practice under the supervision of licensed nurses and instructors Develop strong communication and teamwork skills to provide compassionate care

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED preferred but not required Passion for helping others and interest in a healthcare career Ability to commit to the full training program Must pass background check and health screenings as required

Program Completion & Employment:
