Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. Duties Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff. Provide support in mobility and transfers using equipment such as Hoyer lifts. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols. Assist with medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient care. Engage in caregiving activities that promote the physical and emotional well-being of patients. Skills Experience with PCC EMR is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team. Basic life support certification is required.
