Job Description:

CNA will be responsible for providing routine daily care to assigned residents including but limited to personal hygiene care, meals and nutrition, safe transfers and assisting with maintaining a clean and healthy environment. Must have New York State Dept of Health Nurse Aide Certificate and be currently active thru the New York State Nurse Aide Registry.
