Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our weekend team at our state-of-the-art facility in Mount Vernon, New York. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. Your exceptional skills and dedication will make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families. Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Promote a positive and caring environment for our patients and their families Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)

Requirements:

Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification Ability to work weekends, with flexibility to work varying shifts as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
