Job Description

Job Summary Join our team as an independent contracted Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Caregiver, where your dedication and skills will make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and residents. In this vital role, you will provide essential personal care, assist with daily activities, and support medical teams to ensure optimal patient comfort and safety. Your energy and enthusiasm will help create a warm, respectful environment that promotes dignity and well-being for those under your care. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary. Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration; document findings accurately in electronic health record systems. Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care techniques and behavioral health management. Experience Must be able to pass a background check Must have a drivers license Prior experience working in home care or long-term care facilities such as nursing homes or assisted living communities is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with specialized care including dementia/memory care, behavioral health management, or pediatric patient services is advantageous. Certification/training-along with knowledge of HIPAA compliance ensures readiness to deliver safe patient service. Working knowledge of medical terminology and physiology supports effective communication within healthcare teams across outpatient or inpatient settings.
