Position Summary The Resident Assistant role is an entry-level healthcare opportunity designed for individuals looking to start a career in nursing or patient care. Resident Assistants support residents and the nursing team while preparing to attend a paid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) class , leading to New York State CNA certification. This role offers a clear path into healthcare with training, mentorship, and long-term growth.
