Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for a motivated healthcare professional passionate about enhancing patient wellness, collaborating closely with physicians, and making a meaningful impact. You will provide comprehensive care to adult and OBGYN patients, manage chronic conditions, perform routine procedures, and educate patients on preventive healthcare practices.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient evaluations including history, physical exams, and diagnostic testing (laboratory, imaging, etc.). Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions within scope of practice. Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide patient education on disease management, preventive healthcare, and lifestyle modifications. Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards. Perform minor procedures appropriate to training and licensure.Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program. Active PA or NP license in the state of Ohio; DEA registration preferred or obtained upon hire. Proven clinical experience in primary care and/or OBGYN preferred. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities. Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.What We offer:
