Job Summary:

The Enclave at Barnesville is seeking compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our Night Shift (7:00 PM•7:00 AM) team. As a Night Shift CNA/STNA, you will play a critical role in providing comfort, safety, and continuity of care while our residents rest. Primary Responsibilities:

Follow residents' individualized plans of care under the direction of the Charge Nurse Provide direct resident care, including mobility and transfer assistance, grooming and personal hygiene, dining assistance, toileting and continence care, and other necessary tasks Perform routine safety checks and respond promptly to resident needs overnight Document care, interventions, and events in the resident record Follow all infection control policies and procedures Maintain a safe, quiet, and comfortable environment for residents throughout the night

Safety, Compliance & Professional Standards:

Immediately report suspected or actual abuse, neglect, mistreatment, or misappropriation of property per facility policy Immediately report any work-related injury to your supervisor Support quality assurance, residents' rights, and regulatory compliance Perform other duties as assigned by the

Director of Nursing or Administration Care Standards & Values:

Qualifications:

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)•Required Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage priorities effectively Experience in long-term care or geriatric care preferred
