What they are seeking:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Surgical Tech. Completion of an accredited surgical technology program (some exceptions for staff due to recent changes in requirements).

Hours and compensation:

Full-time position with either a 1.0 or .9 FTE.

Shift options include:

5-8s, 4-10s, or 3-12s, with shifts from 7am-3:30pm, 7am-5:30pm, or 7am-7:30pm. The shift includes weekday and weekend call duties, with weekday call starting after your shift ends and ending at 7am the next day. Weekend call is from 7am Saturday to 7am Monday, alternating between Call 1 and Call 2 days. Note that there are 2 night shift techs working from 7pm to 7am. Salary range is $44K-$60K, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package and relocation assistance are provided.

Your responsibilities:

Collaborate with the surgical team to provide care during surgical or obstetrical procedures, utilizing knowledge of instruments and equipment to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
