Responsibilities:

Provide companion care, including activities of daily living, meal companionship, and light housekeeping Assist with personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Support with medication management, when applicable Maintain accurate records of care provided Collaborate with franchisees to ensure high-quality care and excellent client satisfaction

Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age Have a high school diploma or equivalent Pass a criminal background check and provide professional references Possess a valid State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) certification Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods About Right at
