Weeks Schedule:
Night Shift 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM 12-Hour Shifts 36 Guaranteed Hours Weekly 30-Minute Meal Break Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/T-CNA) for a 14-week travel assignment in Elkins, WV. This role supports patient care operations within a long-term care and rehabilitation environment during overnight shifts. The ideal candidate will have strong patient care experience, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to provide high-quality resident support in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting Support resident mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff Obtain and document vital signs accurately Maintain safe and clean patient care environments Follow infection control and safety protocols Provide compassionate and respectful patient-centered care Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights Maintain accurate documentation and communication with healthcare teams Requirements Active CNA certification required Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Ability to work independently during night shifts Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professionalism, reliability, and strong work ethic required For more details reach at About Navitas Healthcare, LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
