Job Description

SMART is actively recruiting for a locum CRNA to provide coverage for a client of ours in Northwestern Ohio, about 30 miles from Fort Wayne. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed and will be ongoing during permanent recruitment.
Qualifications:
Active OH license preferred but will consider those needing licensure.

Case logs to show proficiency in blocks, spinals, and epidurals
Job Summary:
Shift times: 7a - 3p
Call Details:
Call every 3rd night; every 3rd weekend. No OB call, OR call onlyAll CRNA practice
Cases:
ENDO, podiatry, General, ORTHO, Urology3 CRNAs on during days
