State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) FullTime or PartTime All Shifts Available - 8hour or 12hour The Villa at Marymount - Garfield Heights, OH Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living Campus Overview The Villa at Marymount is seeking dedicated and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our care team. Our community includes both Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living, offering a rewarding opportunity to support residents in a warm, missiondriven environment focused on dignity, respect, and quality of life. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transportation. Provide care in a manner that maintains or enhances each resident's dignity, privacy, and overall quality of life. Maintain resident rooms, treatment areas, and common spaces in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition. Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly. Support nurses and therapists by following care plans and carrying out assigned tasks. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members to promote a supportive care environment. Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred. Active, unencumbered State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification. Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program and successful completion of a stateapproved competency evaluation. Ability to work cooperatively with nurses, therapists, and fellow team members. Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent resident care.
