EverHeart Hospice Inpatient Care Unit 12 Hours per Week | 1
Shift Weekly Shift Options:
6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Days) 6:00PM - 6:30 AM (Nights)
Weekend Rotation:
Every 3rd
Weekend Holiday Rotation:
2 Holiday Per Year Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide STNA to provide hands-on personal care to patients in our inpatient care unit. This position works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to support patients and families during end-of-life care. If you are dependable, patient-focused, and committed to high-quality care, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, oral care, nail/skin care) Assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning Record and report vital signs (temperature, pulse, respirations) Observe and report changes in patient condition Assist with nutrition, hydration, and meal preparation Maintain infection control and safety standards Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, vacuuming, dusting) Maintain and order patient supplies Complete documentation accurately and timely Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist with clerical duties Support nursing staff with assigned procedures
