Job Description

STNA 12 Days Job Summary Join our dynamic team at Marion Rehabilitation in Marion, OH, where we are dedicated to providing comprehensive care that promotes the health, independence, and well-being of our residents. As a STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) on our 12-day rotation, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our highly skilled and compassionate team to deliver exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to residents, supporting their physical and emotional needs Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff Develop and implement individualized care plans, under the supervision of licensed nursing staff Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services provided
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required 0 years of experience or recent nursing assistant training Current STNA certification in the state of Ohio How to
